Games Console and Controller Diagnostic Check

Not sure what's wrong with your games console or controller? Our diagnostic check is the place to start. We test the console or controller to find the fault, then explain the repair and the cost before doing any work. Book a diagnostic if:

• Your console or controller has a fault that isn't listed
• There is more than one problem
• Your console has been dropped or had liquid on it
• You'd like a fault found before deciding on a repair

What happens next

Once we've found the fault, we'll explain the options and the cost before going any further. Nothing is repaired without your go-ahead.

If you go ahead with the repair, the £35 diagnostic fee is deducted from the repair price.

Every repair comes with our 12-month warranty. This covers the part we fit and our workmanship, but not accidental damage or user error.

Turnaround

If we have the part in stock, most repairs are done the same day. If we need to order the part in, it usually arrives the next working day, so your repair is normally done within 1 to 2 working days. Get in touch before you come in and we'll happily check whether we have your part in stock.

Bring your console or controller to our shop at 15 Church Street, Frodsham. All repairs are carried out in-house by our own technicians. Not local?
