Turnaround

Laptop repairs need a little longer than phones. When the part is in stock, most MacBook repairs are finished in 1–2 working days. If we need to order the part in, it's usually 3–5 working days. Some Genuine Apple parts are made to order or supplied on exchange, so we'll confirm the lead time when you book, before we start. We always run a full diagnostic first and back up nothing without your permission – please back up your MacBook before handing it over if you can.
