Sony PlayStation 5 (Standard/Slim/Pro) HDMI Port Repair

Need your PlayStation 5 HDMI port fixed? A damaged HDMI port is one of the most common console faults, often caused by the console being moved or knocked with the cable plugged in. We repair the PS5 Standard, Slim and Pro models. We replace the HDMI port, which sorts out:

• No picture, or a 'no signal' message on your TV
• Picture or sound cutting in and out
• A loose, bent or broken HDMI port
• An HDMI cable that won't push in or stay in place

The part

Before we start, we'll confirm whether we're fitting a Genuine HDMI port or a non-genuine (aftermarket) HDMI port.

Every repair comes with our 12-month warranty. This covers the part we fit and our workmanship, but not accidental damage or user error.

Turnaround

If we have the part in stock, most repairs are done the same day. If we need to order the part in, it usually arrives the next working day, so your repair is normally done within 1 to 2 working days. Get in touch before you come in and we'll happily check whether we have your part in stock. If we find any further damage to the board, we'll explain the options and the cost before going any further.
