PlayStation 4 Slim Power Supply Replacement

Is your PlayStation 4 Slim not powering on? A failed internal power supply is a common cause, often after a power surge or years of heavy use. We test the console and replace the power supply, which sorts out:

• The console not turning on at all
• The console turning off by itself
• A power light that comes on then goes straight off
• A burning smell or buzzing from the back of the console

The part

We fit a non-genuine (aftermarket) power supply. It's a compatible replacement rather than an original Sony part, and we fully test your console once it's fitted.

Every repair comes with our 12-month warranty. This covers the part we fit and our workmanship, but not accidental damage or user error.

Turnaround

If we have the part in stock, most repairs are done the same day. If we need to order the part in, it usually arrives the next working day, so your repair is normally done within 1 to 2 working days. Get in touch before you come in and we'll happily check whether we have your part in stock.
