• Genuine – a Genuine Samsung part (Samsung Service Pack). Includes a 12-month warranty.

Turnaround

If we have the part in stock, most repairs are done the same day. If we need to order the part in, it usually arrives the next working day, so your repair is normally done within 1 to 2 working days. The Genuine option can take longer to get hold of, so if we need to order it in, we'll let you know how long it will take before we start.
